  8. When they are 60-80% cooked, add 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi Powder in it & roast them for 30 seconds..
  9. Then add finely grinded tomato purée in with 1 Teaspoon Salt so that they start releasing oil quickly..
  10. After 5-6 minutes, when oil is completely released, add spices mix in it & roast them for 2-3 minutes..
  11. After 2-3 minutes, add chopped Arbi Dices in it & roast them for 4-5 minutes..
  12. After 4-5 minutes, Add 1.5 Cup Water in it, close the lid & give 3 whistles on medium flame..
  13. After 3 whistles, turn off the flame & let the pressure cooker depressurise naturally..
  14. After some time, open the lid, add 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala in it & mix them properly..
